it’s such a waste of 2 months time and energy with this company for magnetic track lighting. my order of worth 1300$ went stranded during delivery and the goods were never delivered to me even after 2 months. the seller doesn’t know the formalities and information needed to be sent for package for custom clearance. the goods were returned back to seller after failing customs clearance and the seller keeps the blame on customer for not finishing all formalities in prior. from the very beginning,they had a delay in shipping,order updated with wrong shipping label(of some other customer).On top of all this,they are still ruthless of not accepting their mistake.i am fighting this with dispute through my bank.,as their support is not up to the mark and even alibaba customer service fails to fix this. just stay away from these kinda low moral company.
